598 Laine Estate now offers a limited number of event packages each year — perfect for weddings, company off-sites, milestone birthdays, or any celebration worth hosting somewhere memorable. Every package includes exclusive use of the estate and gardens, and requires a minimum stay of two nights on weekdays or three nights on weekends.

Site Rental Fee

Events up to 22 guests : $2,500 (Oct-Apr), $4,000 (May-Sept) for 4 hour site rental.

Events up to 80 guests :$4,000 (Oct-Apr), $6,000 (May-Sept) for 4 hour site rental.

$500 for each additional hour.
