A 50% deposit of the total booking value is due at the time of reservation. If your reservation is made 30 or more days before check-in, you may cancel with 5% processing fee. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

No. The house, grounds, and all rooms are non-smoking. A fine of one night's rent may be charged for violations.
Dogs under 40lb are allowed on the property. Additional $75 per pet per booking will be charged.
Yes, 8 private parking spots are available in our secluded gardens. Low-clearance vehicles may prefer street parking.

No. Although we do not offer catering service, we are more than happy to introduce you to local vendors who are experienced in catering with us.
Absolutely! We are more than happy to provide a list of vendors who have done great works hosting with us.
